What this site knows about you, and what it does with it.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we receive what you type into the form: your name, email address, the details of your day, and anything else you choose to tell us. The form is provided by Dubsado, a client-management service, which stores that information on our behalf so we can reply to you and, if we work together, manage your booking.

If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence in our email account.

What we do not collect

This site does not run advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and it does not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing. We do not collect payment details through this website; contracts and payments are handled separately once we have spoken.

Cookies

The site sets one cookie, and only when the content editor is previewing unpublished changes from our content studio. It is not set for visitors, carries no personal information, and expires within a day.

Services we rely on

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, its content is managed with Sanity, and inquiries are handled with Dubsado. Each of these providers processes data on our instructions under their own privacy terms. Photographs shown on the site are served from Sanity's image service.

Photographs of clients

Whether and how photographs from your wedding appear on this site or in our portfolio is governed by the agreement we sign together, not by this policy. If you would like an image of yourself removed from the site, write to us and we will take it down.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within two business days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
